Let’s talk about how to get Google Certified!<\/p>\n

\"HowToday, I\u2019ll dig into what certifications there are, how to get them (and how hard it is), and what resources can help.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re interested in becoming a Google Certified Educator (level 1, level 2, trainer, innovator, or coach), this is the episode for you!<\/span><\/p>\n

And if you\u2019re wondering why you should care or be interested, here\u2019s a fun fact: this entire blog wouldn\u2019t exist if I hadn\u2019t become Google Certified. <\/span><\/p>\n

Neither would my books or podcasts. I wouldn\u2019t be talking to you today if I hadn\u2019t taken those steps!<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s dive in! First, I\u2019ll explore what Level 1 certification means and what you can expect from the test. I\u2019ll then talk about some ways to prepare for the exam. I\u2019ll then do the same for Level 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

From there, I\u2019ll talk about becoming a Google Certified Trainer. I\u2019ll cover the various requirements (one of which I didn\u2019t meet the first time I applied!) as well as the six steps to becoming a Certified Trainer.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will also talk about Certified Coach, and the Innovator Academy and what it takes to reach the most coveted level of Google Certification!<\/p>\n

There are now FIVE different certification options for educators: Level 1 and Level 2 Google Certified Educator, Google Certified Trainer, Google Certified Innovator, and Google Certified Coach.<\/p>\n
